Easy Returns
Domestic Returns (Within the Country)
Return Period:
We accept returns within 28 days of the delivery date for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging. We do not accept the Knocked, Oiled, and Engraved Bat back.
Return Process:

Return Shipping:
Return shipping is free for domestic returns.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
International Returns (Outside the Country)
Return Period:
International returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are unused, unworn, and undamaged.
Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at [email/contact] to initiate a return. Return shipping labels for international returns are not provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Shipping:
International customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees.
Customs & Import Duties:
We do not refund customs duties or taxes incurred during shipping. Please check with your local customs office before returning items.
Exchanges:
Due to the complexity of international shipping, we do not offer exchanges for international orders. Please return the item and place a new order.
